LA&S 325: Career Transitions

This course a career development course that will help you commit to an action plan of exploring, engaging and implementing your career and academic interests. Career development starts by combining information about yourself with information about the world of work and then acting on that new set of information. Career development is a lifelong process – this class will help you get started: sample syllabus (pdf).

Semesters taught: spring – online (3 credits)

LA&S 475: Professional Career Management:

This advanced career development course studies the theories of career development, organizational and industrial psychology, and human resources. Students will learn theories from these areas and understand how to apply them to their own professional career, future career transitions, and lifelong career progression: sample syllabus (pdf).

Semesters taught: fall, spring, and summer -- online (3 credits)
